As all should know by now, CCA resumes this coming week. As we have a new coach who has much higher expectations of all of you, I expect all of you to put in more effort for your trainings.
For the very first training session, I want all First Team Badminton Team players to attend. I will then discuss with Zhang Jiao Lian the schedule for the rest of the year, and inform the various Captains once the training schedule has been confirmed.
As a reminder, I am going to take attendance, attitude during trainings and teamwork seriously, and I am sure so does the new coach. Zhang Jiao Lian and his coaches are all known to be very strict, and will not hesitate to deal out punishments should players throw tantrums or show an attitude that goes against the team and what we strive to achieve. If you are not going to be present for any training, ensure your respective level Captains know.
Huimin and Claudia/Yiqian, I believe the three of you are responsible for attendance taking for the respective levels. I want the 3 of you to get a file, 1 for each level, and file the attendance papers neatly. For any absentee, I want you to write a reason beside the "0", not simply just leave it blank.
Rest well, and I will see all of you during CCA on Wednesday, and the rest on Friday.
