::: IMPORTANT - MESSAGE FOR ALL BADMINTON PLAYERS :::

Apparently, it has come to my attention that the hall is often very dirty, and as shuttlecocks are often found lying SOMEWHERE in the hall, other teachers are blaming the Badminton CCA as the main culprit for the messy and dirty condition of the hall.

Regardless of whether or not it is our fault, I do NOT like it that other teachers say such things about our Badminton CCA. I seriously do NOT like it that the Badminton CCA is taken by some as some punching bag.

I want our Badminton CCA to be known for our fighting spirit, for sportsmanship, for our medals, NOT for littering the school hall, or for others to point fingers at for stuff that goes wrong. Ask your seniors, I'm sure they understand how it feels to always be the punching bag when something goes wrong.

From now on, whenever I enter the school hall, I do NOT want to see ANY shuttlecock lying on the floor. Even if you are a sec 1 badminton player, and you are in the school hall for some reason or other, pick up any shuttlecock lying on the floor. I'm sick of our Badminton CCA being blamed for anything and everything.

From now on, ALL Captains are responsible for the condition of the hall at the end of trainings. I want the Vice-Captains to take charge of attendance taking as I have other responsibilities for the Captains, so attendance should always be taken by Huimin, Claudia and Yiqian. And please remember, update the records of our shuttles. I will start checking the hall come Monday.

Mr. Vincent Chong.
