I hope you all understand what we were trying to tell you today. If you all still want to fool around and not be serious, then your definitely not ready for East Zone. If you guys think your need more practice, you can always join your seniors to train together.

I also want to appluad this few people who really put in their best effort for training today.  You guys can get something from me. MUAHAHAHAHA :D They are:
