We have decided to go for a jog this friday(non-school day)!

Long time didn't exercise so must go jogging to keep up with our stamina before training resumes next week! :]

THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL SEC 2 AND 3 SCHOOL TEAM MEMBERS AND EVERY SINGLE SEC 1!

This is not compulsory for sec 2 and 3 non-school team members but you are advised to come(:

Venue: Tampines Stadium (Running Track)

Time: 5pm

**Sec 4s can come too if you want(:

We'll be having dinner together after the jog! TEAM BONDING!:)
