i trust you , its your responsibility to lead your team by example , no matter how hard and how many sacrifices you need to make . i agree that its not an easy job , and the rest should respect it . But since you are chosen , you should do your job well . vice , you are the pole for the caps , without you , caps have to struggle , and its tiring , so continue to do well and don't give up , and thanks really ... i've said my piece , now its your call whether to strive or dive.
